Almost There – and Almost Gone. Final Touches on Our Last Apartment

Our last apartment in the building is really starting to feel like home. Fresh paint on the walls, the bathroom renovation officially underway, and the living room and kitchen are shaping up beautifully. It’s been a fun transformation to watch, and it’s wild to think how far the space has come in just a few weeks.

We’ve already pre-leased two of the 3 bedrooms, and the last one is just waiting for their future roommates. The location right across from La Salle University’s Business Center and Founders Hall means students and grad students can literally roll out of bed and make it to class in minutes.

Every time we walk through, it’s exciting to see it getting closer to ready — and to imagine who will be calling it home this semester.
